This session will explore how AI is influencing career exploration, job searching, and skill development. Attendees will learn how to support students in using AI tools responsibly and effectively, from optimizing application materials to exploring career paths. Through practical strategies and real-world examples, this session will empower faculty and staff to guide students in leveraging AI for their career success while addressing ethical considerations and fostering critical thinking.

Faculty and staff can complete electives at any time, regardless of if they have taken Sessions 1-3.
